Bob Keller wrote a great letter to the editor of The Daily News of Newburyport, MA. In it, he details the difference between a masseuse and a massage therapist. I often hear clients and other people refer to legitimate massage therapists by the term "masseuse." As Mr. Keller explains in his letter, this former term has become associated with prostitution and massage parlors and is insulting to professional massage therapists.
